Ingredients:
Baddhi pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, curry leaves, curry leaves
Method:
Heat the skillet and roast the kadle beans, lentils, curries, cumin and mash without oil.
Put the oil into the skillet and roast the pepper and ginger and then grind.
This sambar can be made with coconut and sambar made from sambar powder.
